Distance Selling Agreement

This Distance Selling Agreement is made electronically between resenay.com (“Seller”) and the person making a purchase through the site (“Buyer”).

This agreement governs the terms and conditions of sale and delivery of products purchased by the Buyer through resenay.com.

3. Product Information and Payment

The buyer has confirmed the product's price, basic specifications, and payment terms on the order screen.

4. Delivery

Products are shipped to the address specified by the Buyer. Delivery time may vary depending on stock and logistics availability.

5. Right of Withdrawal

The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of the delivery date.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to used, damaged, or products that cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

6. Return Process

7. Responsibility

In case of a defective product, the Seller accepts responsibility for the return or exchange.

8. Disputes

Consumer Arbitration Boards are authorized to handle such cases.
