Shipping and Return Policy

Shipping Policy:
Orders are processed and shipped worldwide within 1-3 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on the customer's country and logistics conditions. A tracking number will be sent via email once the order is dispatched.

Customs & Taxes:
For international orders, customs duties or import fees may be charged to the customer according to the laws of the customer's country.

Return policy:
Customers can request a return within 14 days of receiving the product. The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

Return Shipping Fee:

• If the reason for the return is due to the customer (dissatisfaction, wrong order, etc.), the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.

• If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped, all shipping costs will be covered by us.

Refund:
Once the product return is approved, only the product price will be refunded. Shipping costs and additional logistics expenses are not included in the refund.
